Feel It Fiona was inspired by a real friendship — 

one that gently showed me how powerful it is to sit with feelings instead of hiding them.

She was created from quiet moments, meaningful conversations, and the understanding that emotions are not problems to fix…

they are experiences to be felt.

Children — and adults too — often struggle to process big emotions.

Feelings can be hidden, buried, or pushed away because there aren’t many tools that feel both comforting and interactive at the same time.

Fiona was created to change that gently.

✨ The Heart Behind Feel It Fiona

The Feel It Friends Collection is designed to help little hearts feel safe enough to notice their emotions, hold them with kindness, and let them move through naturally.

Each bear is thoughtfully created to support calm, grounding moments:

• A slightly weighted body to encourage comfort and stillness

• Ultra-soft fabrics for sensory soothing

• A special thermochromic tummy that changes colour when hugged — a visual reminder that feelings soften when they are acknowledged

• Her two gentle colours represent different emotional states — a soft reminder that every feeling matters and every child’s inner world is important.

Children naturally connect with Fiona in their own way. They find 'their side.'

They choose a favourite paw.

They rub one more than the other.

They assign their own meaning:

“I hold the pink one when I’m sad.”

“I hold the green one when I’m worried.”

You don’t even have to teach it. They just know.

Fiona isn’t here to fix feelings.

She is here to sit beside them.

Right now, Fiona is on her journey from dream to reality, and her first prototype will be arriving soon.
